Jason as the Director of JR Property Group is also a highly experienced negotiator and manager. With almost 10 years of real estate experience in Sydney and a partner at Grita Finance’s office, Chen has won the number of sales performer in the company for 2013 and 2014. In his previous firm, he finished top three in sales for 2 consecutive years. Jason is very experienced with legal matters related to the real estate sales process and he is able to generate lists of properties compatible with buyer requests and needs. His excellent product knowledge allows him to offer a premium service that gives the client every chance of a strong outcome when selling or buying at JR Property Group.
Rita has a strong history of outstanding results in mortgage finance and real estate, she understands the industry is quickly evolving and believes in sharing energy, enthusiasm and knowledge. While being the Director of JR Property Group and a fully licenced real estate agent, Rita is also a professional CPA accountant for more than five years. She has the conscientious attention to detail you would expect from someone with her level of professionalism. Rita is a very experienced mortgage broker for seven years, it provides her with the ability in understanding the additional knowledge of real estate industry. Rita is a fine negotiator with a wide knowledge of the market and all its possibilities. Rita has also developed a deep pool of dedicated customers, drawn by her ability to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.

Tracy prides herself on ensuring she delivers the best customer service to her clients, she knows the importance of great communication to help meet her clients needs. With Tracy’s experience she has learnt to utilize her negotiation skills within her role to help her clients achieve the best result on their investment property, and help prospective tenants to make an easy and stress free transition when moving into their new home. Tracy specialises in building strong and on-going relationships with landlords and tenants establishing them as long term contacts who remain loyal to her. Being a landlord herself, Tracy understands all aspects of owning an investment property and ensures that her clients have a positive experience when dealing with her and the JR Property Team.
Vicky has strong organisational skills with great attention to detail which enables her to effectively match tenants with properties. She understands and respects the landlords’ preferences and strives to deliver beyond their expectations. Her holistic approach to leasing ensures happy tenants, well maintained properties, and in turn happy landlords. Being a local resident, Vicky’s knowledge of the area along with her strong communication and negotiating skills will ensure her continuing success in the ever changing real estate industry. Being multilingual and understanding many different cultures is a definite advantage for all her current and future clients.
Cissy is the media advisor of JR Property Group, she has designed and implemented marketing strategies for the company. She has executed the properties marketing plan and maximized use of the marketing software increasing prospect traffic weekly. For property management perspective, Cissy has set and managed appointments to show homes to prospective clients and worked under stringent time constraints, always exceeding deadlines and goals. She has also developed internal procedures to maintain property accountability in accordance with regulations and procedures.
